Refund & Return Policy

Custom Print-on-Demand Notice

Every BeSkuull garment is produced on demand upon order confirmation. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, color preference, or ordering the incorrect size. We encourage reviewing the comprehensive Size Guide provided on each product page prior to ordering.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, fabric flaw, or you received the wrong item, we will issue a full refund or send an immediate free reprint. Please contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery, including your Order ID and clear photographs showing the issue. You do not need to return the defective piece.

Minor Print & Fabric Characteristics

Minor dimensional tolerances of up to 1 inch relative to the size specifications, or faint temporary scent from the water-based Direct-to-Film/Direct-to-Garment pre-treatment, are standard industry characteristics and wash out completely after the initial laundry cycle.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return or reprint claim is approved, funds are returned directly to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations or modifications can only be accepted if requested immediately before automated routing to production has occurred. Once printing starts, orders cannot be revoked.
